How do we ship the goods and what if you change your mind?

We use UPS courier for all national orders. Our experience tells us it is the best courier available and the only one that guarantees consistently good service.

If the size doesn’t fit, you can swap for a different size. In this case you would only have to cover the extra shipping costs.

In online retail it happens that we imagine things differently to what they are like in reality. That’s why you can return anything within 14 days if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order.

We send orders out for delivery the next day after receiving the payment, except for Mondays when we don’t work in the shop. As soon as your order is out for delivery, you will receive another email from us with a tracking number.

If you are going away, need a gift urgently or you are generally in a hurry – email or give us a call, we can try to send the order out even sooner or organise a collection for you if you happen to be in Warsaw.

If something went wrong with your order, you ordered the wrong size, want to exchange or return some items, send it back to our P.O. Box. We would appreciate it if you also let us know by email, so that the exchange/refund goes smoothly.
